Q: Why can't I see the prices of the items? How do I place a order?
A: Please take time to fill out basic information and sign up to become our customer. The registration is free, no credit card information is required. Once you are registered, you will receive a welcome email with your customer Id. You can use your email address and password you created to log in our system. You will be able to see the low prices and place orders online. We will email your order confirmation, and our shipping staff will contact you the next working day to confirm shipping and payment information.

• Defective or Damaged goods reported after 48 hours of receiving the order will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
